2022 has changed the world. Millions of people in Europe were forced to leave their homes. Most of them need help—financial, social, psychological. But more importantly, they all need advice: what to do and how to live in this new reality?

THE CASE IS THE EMIGRANT’S FIRST AND ONLY GUIDE
WE HELP PEOPLE AND DIASPORAS ORGANIZE THEIR LIVES

OUR GOALS

1

We talk about the specifics and problems of the emigration: what to take with you, what to leave behind.

2

We help solve everyday problems: how to find a doctor, what to feed the pets, which hairdresser to choose.

3

We explain how to settle in a new place: how to find an accommodation, how to open a bank account, how to get an employment in your profession.

4

We talk about the specifics of your new country: traditions, cuisine, lifestyle.

WHAT WE DO

"THE CASE" GUIDE

This is a well-structured and regularly updated guide for emigrants and relocated staff. Its main topics are money, real estate, medicine, transport, services, animals, children, education. We cover the main questions asked by those arriving to a new country.

"OUR PEOPLE" PODCAST

In our daily podcast, we speak with local residents and those who have already settled in a new place to discuss the problems of the newly relocated. Each podcast contains useful tips and life hacks.

WHY "THE CASE"?

TELEGRAM CHATS

The fastest way to get information from those nearby.

Unfortunately, such information is not always accurate and is inconvenient to use—there are too many chats, messages disappear too fast.

WEB SEARCH

The most accessible way to find up-to-date information.

Unfortunately, the information you look for is not always available in your language, it is not always easy to tell if the information is relevant.

TIPS FROM FRIENDS

The way that we all trust: friends will not give you bad advice.

Tips from friends should save us time, but it often turns out the other way around: their experience is one-sided, the information is incomplete.

MEDIA

Publications in the media are usually trusted, but they are not always harmless.

Media articles often conceal propaganda or negative PR. One hopes to save time and money, but ends up spending more than expected.

OUR ADVANTAGES

  • We regularly and carefully check all published information and constantly update our guides

  • Answers to all key questions are available in one app

  • The structure of the directory is designed in a way that makes all information reachable in three simple steps

COMPETENCES OF OUR TEAM

  • We have decades of experience of working with information. We know how to quickly pinpoint the main subjects and check the facts. In order to make our work as relevant as possible, we remain in touch with official institutions and businesses that are mentioned in theСase.

  • We realise that our users need clear step-by-step instructions rather than long-read articles. We know how such instructions should be written. To make our guide relevant to anyone, we created a questionnaire that contains all the main problems that may concern our user.

  • We have gone through the relocation process ourselves and we understand what we write about. In order to maintain good understanding of the expectations of our audience we regularly explore the numerous chats dedicated to the emigration process.

  • We offer comfortable and affordable conditions for placing paid or sponsored information in our guide. We intend to reach the total of 400 advertising slots available to our partners.
